Types of Surveys

Management Survey

A Management Survey identifies ACMs that could be disturbed during normal occupation and routine maintenance. It’s essential for landlords, property managers, and duty holders under Regulation 4. We inspect accessible areas, take representative samples, and produce a full risk assessment and management plan.

Refurbishment & Demolition Survey

Required before any refurbishment, demolition, or intrusive works, this survey is more invasive. We access hidden voids, lift floor coverings, and open up fabric where necessary to identify all ACMs prior to work starting. This prevents accidental exposure and ensures legal compliance before contractors enter the site.
